Terms of Use

The store and your account

Vintage Nest Designs provides this website, its gallery, and its product listings. Customer sign-in uses a Vintage Nest Designs email and password account, managed by Supabase. Keep your account access secure and provide accurate information when contacting the store or making a transaction. If you cannot legally authorize a purchase yourself, a parent, guardian, or other authorized person must handle it.

Products, prices, and payments

Read the product description for the item’s format, dimensions, included files, and license. Digital products are identified as downloads and do not include physical delivery. Prices are displayed in US dollars.

Paid checkout uses PayPal Live and charges real money after you authorize payment. PayPal may offer debit or credit card checkout depending on eligibility. Physical-product checkout is not currently available on this website. Review the total shown by PayPal before authorizing payment.

Download access

Paid download access lasts seven days after confirmed payment, with up to five requests per attachment. Free download access lasts seven days after the first authorized request, with up to five requests per attachment, account, and product. A request counts when the file response begins, even if your browser cancels it. Keep your own saved copy of downloaded files.

The access window does not change the license attached to a product. More information is available on the Shipping & Digital Delivery page.

Artwork and permitted use

Artwork, photographs, descriptions, and other site content remain protected by the rights of their respective owners. Obtaining a file does not transfer copyright. The permitted use of a product is defined by its individual description and license.

Do not redistribute the original files, share account access to bypass download limits, or represent someone else’s work as your own. If the listing does not address your intended commercial or other use, ask the store before obtaining or using the product.

Responsible use and account restrictions

Do not impersonate others, submit unauthorized payment information, try to access another customer’s purchases, exploit errors, or evade account and download limits. The store may restrict account access to protect customers and its services. If you believe an account restriction is a mistake, contact the store for review.

Security controls and account restrictions do not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Order questions and product issues

For an incorrect item, missing file, technical issue, cancellation, return, or refund request, contact vintagenestdesigns@gmail.com with the product and order details. Product-specific conditions supplied before an order and applicable consumer rights govern the request. Requests are reviewed individually.

Gift cards

Vintage Nest gift cards purchased in live mode hold real prepaid value. Test gift cards cannot be used in live payment mode. Gift card codes appear in the purchaser’s signed-in account after a confirmed purchase and may be shared privately. Anyone who has a code can use its balance.

Gift card balances do not expire and have no inactivity fees. A gift card must cover the full total of a paid digital-product order; unused balance stays on the card. Coupons cannot be used to buy gift cards. Refunded or restricted gift cards cannot be redeemed. Products obtained with a gift card still have the seven-day download period and five-request allowance per attachment. Contact the store for assistance; applicable consumer rights are preserved.

Privacy and other services

The Privacy Policy explains the store’s handling of account and shopping information. Services reached through external links, including sign-in and PayPal checkout, have their own terms and privacy notices.

Changes and contact

The website and these pages may be updated as the store changes. The date above identifies this version of the terms. For questions, contact Vintage Nest Designs at vintagenestdesigns@gmail.com.
